KCMO City Council approves plan to expand restaurant seating outdoors, continue with alcohol delivery

The Kansas City, Missouri, City Council has approved a set of ordinances that will allow expanded outdoor seating for restaurants, and will allow those restaurants to continue delivery and carryout opportunities for alcoholic beverages to help with restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic.
