Kansas City Tech Leader Demands Reform From Local Landlords Amid COVID-19

Another call to action from this local startup magazine that has now started advocating social justice . . . Take a look:

Open letter to KC landlords: Face the COVID-19 music; If not for a pandemic, then what?

  1. Buy your own house. Then you won't have to rent.

  2. Go ahead KCMO. Keep the City shut down. See what happens. The City Government will be powerless to restart what no longer exists. Yeah, follow this guy's advice and who knows if it will keep people healthy but they will be living in homes and apartments soon to be in foreclosure and eviction with no utilities or gas in the car. What he thinks is simple is only perceived that way by someone who has no idea what he's talking about.

  3. How do these knuckle dragging free loaders think how the mortgage on the residence they're renting is going to get paid.

  4. Tyler Enders needs to understand his way of thinking is not only retarded but it's real fucking retarded is what. You can do what he says but when he sees the costs and interest for doing so he will piss and moan again how he is being screwed. I wish he rented fro me just so I could bitch slap him in return as to what his retarded idea would cost him in the end. So guess what Tyler don't pay your rent and you can be mowing my yard next year when your broke ass has nothing.

Get with your insurance man and get some loss of retail business insurance.

  5. I haven't had that good a laugh in a long time. Kansas Scout is right, Tyler has zero mortgage or lending experience in relation to commercial properties. Tyler thinks everyone else should get the shaft will he floats around getting freebies. No Tyler you just don't change a few dates around on a lease agreement and it all rainbows and gold pots for everyone.

  7. Christ you wingers ^^^ are a bunch of keyboard warriors doing free propaganda for Wall St but too stupid to to get paid for your servility.

Reality is that Banksters & landlords would be better off cutting a deal with tenants so all parties can stay in business. Empty buildings will bring in even less income. IDK how this will play out tho since bankers & landlords may be just as pig headed stupid & arrogant as Tony's wingers.

  10. The first time he did this it was somewhat interesting. Now he just wants to be an activist, not an entrepreneur. They are definitely NOT the same thing.

  11. The rule since 1929 has been : have three month of fullliving expenses set aside in case of an emergency. So you can pay rent. I was taught that in 1961. I still see it every few months in personal finance magazines. Borrow from parents if you need to. protect your credit rating1
