The following is a statement from Archbishop Joseph F. Naumann regarding dispensation from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass. Effective immediately, and until further notice, I have dispensed the faithful of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas from the obligation to attend Sunday Mass.
