This one is a slam dunk for council and something to make cyclists happy . . . The reality is that it might offer po-po one more excuse to pull over locals who can't seem to EVER give up their mobile toys. Take a look . . . AFTER driving:

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- A proposal to ban texting while driving for all motorists within the city limits has been approved by a city council committee Wednesday. Proponents believe the ordinance will make city streets safer for all users.
Good need more places doing the same and enforcing the hell out of it.
