It's funny to see how quickly "Save The Paseo" Activists disappeared from the discussion after crying crocodile tears about being called racist . . . They'll be missed in the ongoing conversation about tribute delayed yet again.

Kansas City group shares dream for MLK Park
One group is taking action as the discussion continues over how to honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. in Kansas City, Missouri. KMBC 9 learned about their plans for the park already named for the civil rights leader. Some Kansas Citians are surprised to find out the city has a park named for MLK.
Most of the jungle bunnies that wanted MLK boulevard never knew KC already had a neglected, dilapidated park named after him.
ReplyDeleteSome Kansas Citians are surprised to find out the city has a park named for MLK.
ReplyDeleteWell that is no surprise considering most of the population is either staring at a tv set, a beer, a barbecue, or someones butt.
^^^^^^^ @ 8:51 ROFL
ReplyDeleteWhen you have a park named after a supposably famous man and nobody knows it it would appear not too many are feeling much connection to that person. Why do we need a street named after King if nobody even cares we have a park named after him.
ReplyDeleteWe should rename Cleaver Blvd MLK Blvd
ReplyDelete9:37 FTW!
ReplyDeleteThis scam has nothing to do with the citizens and has everything to do with the cleave and the fat fake revs, and to think we’ve been paying for this for over forty years now.
^^^ +100000000000
ReplyDeleteThey should build a big statue of MLK at the park. Like Statue of Liberty big. And because this is the City of Fountains, water should constantly spray out of his mouth and splash down into Brush Creek.
ReplyDelete^^Go watch Matlock geezer. You reek like shit!
ReplyDeleteBut Chimpy! All apes smell like shit! Lol
Delete^^^If you would stop sitting beside him you wouldn't smell his shit.
ReplyDeleteKudos to the people wanting to spruce up the over 1.8 million square feet MLK park. A statue of MLK needs to be placed on the bank of brush creek facing the entry to the park. Whoever enters cannot miss the statue. The area around the statue will be a gathering place for all of the failed feel good organizations, including the fake fat revs, to hold their balloon releases and prayer vigils.
ReplyDeleteJust think of all the tens of thousands of dollars wasted on renaming the Paseo and now having to remove the signs could have done to have upgraded this park in the first place.
ReplyDeleteRename the Streetcar after Dr. King. That will finally scare away the Johnson County tourists for sure.
ReplyDelete^^^Tourists? Those fools are walking around talking about how they were raised Royal. Lmao I always have to laugh when knowing full well that is cultural appropriation at best. Johnson County will eventually outpace KC population.
