It was a pleasure to know Frank right after I graduate Ringling Brothers clown college in 1980 we were working the same festival together. Frank being my first real gig Frank reached out to me and gave me pointers we became friends. Over years I learned lot about Frank his past growing up in the circus.lot people say lot bad things about Frank those people never knew the real Frank and how warm and giving he was to his fans Frank would give the shirt off his back to help anyone who is in need. He truly had sawdust in blood.
