Kansas City School Districts Desperately Tricking NextGen Into Teaching Careers

The pay is next to nothing, the job garners little respect beyond empty pleasantries, everybody claims to be an expert in the field, parents blame them for every horrible habit they've instilled in their youngsters and a life time of work can be erased with a few unfortunate social media interactions . . . And so, this career path is having trouble recruiting new workers. Check the effort into manipulating more people to make a mistake that benefits society . . .

Kansas City-area schools innovate to fill critical number of teacher vacancies

Teaching is the third responsibility of a teacher. 1st is discipline and 2nd is learning the students gibberish names.

Before you post anything criticizing young people for not going into "Teaching", ask yourself his question - "Would YOU want to be forced to spend eight hours a day around YOUR kids?" in order to get a paycheck?

How's this for innovation. Pay them more.

It's always funny getting the opinions of the Depends set. Worthless bastards just need to complain about something, anything really.

Wait, what? You mean no one wants to parent your psychopathic welfare anchors? Unbelievable.

Spend the day in the KCPS schools and you will see that low pay is not the reason first year teachers are abandoning the job and running out of the schools crying. The schools are jammed packed with convicted juvenile felons, sex offenders, and 20 year old 9th grade students dating 14 year olds.No amount of money is going to fix teachers having to be corrections and probation officers in schools.
