To be fair, I've made some great connections on this blog and met a lot of really wonderful people.
But this blog isn't happy-time-social-hour useful for finding new friends. TKC is dedicated to the Kansas City discourse beyond gossip or the frivolous stories mostly posted by bots, scammers and fakers on so many other social media outlets. On TKC we talk the news, break the news, beat the news and we offer the VERY BEST community to post an informed and alternative take on the news which resonates and influences policy makers. Behind the scenes our readers are crafting ordinances, standing up in neighborhoods and creating campaigns that move public perceptions which later become reality. All this and hottie discourse, a few bawdy jokes and coverage of the bigger picture including bikini and lingerie industry analysis.
And so, we think of the denizens of this blog community as colleagues and/or a loose collection of the sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, waistoids, dweebies and dickheads.
Which is not to say that we don't have love for readers and nearly everyone in Kansas City . . . From a safe distance.
And, 'lil buddy, all of this inspires our playlist tonight . . .

DeleteStupid. I always thought the Twitter gang that used to back up the mayor was stupid. They were just consultants and graphic designers looking to scam a few bucks. Very few of them got paid and the lions share of the money went to the lawyers and builders from out of town but it didn't stop them from acting like Sly was their savior. It was a good show but in the end they couldn't deliver the votes he needed and weren't interested in playing the same game with Jolie.
Cell phones in general are just a way for the government to spy on people and and companies to push more advertising.
