TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! INSIDER: KANSAS CITY 2019 HOMICIDE COUNT SPIRALING OUT OF CONTROL & LIKELY TO WORSEN!!!
The level of Kansas City violence is once again reaching historic new highs but local MSM seems timid in analyzing the data.
Of course, what everyone agrees upon is the horrible loss Kansas City suffered when an innocent women was gunned down over the weekend during First Friday events.
Still, even the circumstances of her death remind us that KCMO policy impacts the level of violence on local streets given that TAXPAYER SUBSIDY & CITY HALL INVOLVEMENT RUINED FIRST FRIDAY. The event started as a quaint social hour among art galleries but as it grew KCMO muscled in on the artsy territory in order to justify tax breaks, offer legal bribes and ultimately create a volatile environment that resulted in the death of a young lady shot in the head and murdered during the prime of her life.
Similarly . . .
The proliferation of guns in the U.S. and recent mass shootings have created hysteria and demands to limit 2nd Amendment rights for more Americans.
Today, Prez Trump will have to carefully tiptoe a very thin line as he equivocates and explains a potential gun crackdown or he risk losing his most loyal supporters.
Nevertheless, none of the politics is likely to impact life on Kansas City streets.
Instead, let's focus on the real unfiltered facts of this town's murder tradition . . .
A TOP ECHELON KANSAS CITY INSIDER crunches the numbers, examines the trends and offers a scary preview.
Here's the word:
"We're starting the most violent time of year and everyone seems to be downplaying this fact confirmed over and over by the data. August/September is where KCMO traditionally records a very big portion of our yearly homicide totals and here's the kicker: The numbers really don't decline until a major winter storm sometime in January or February. It's very likely KCMO is going to break a record this year because there's really nothing new on the table that might have an impact in bringing down the homicide numbers. The increase in tip reward money still needs time to prove itself and talking about gun restrictions is just politics -- People killing each other on KC Streets aren't buying their guns legally -- Authorities are merely considering imposing more rules on law abiding citizens as a distraction.
In the meantime, we've heard a lot of conversation about the KC murder rate from the new administration but very little progress in lowering the number that continues to increase despite so many nice speeches."
