KMBC 9'S MICHEAL MAHONEY IS LIVE AT CITY HALL AND MICHEAL ONE OF THE PEOPLE FRUSTRATED IS THE MAYO MICHAEL: NOT ENOUGH ANSWERS FROM THE AIRPORT DEPARTMENT AND THE AIRPORT DESIGNERS. AND THAT OVERSHADOWED A NEW SET OF RENDERINGS OF THE AIRPORT, IMAGES DESIGNER SAYS REFLECT THIER GOALS OF A MODERN AIRPORT WHERE THERE WILL BE MORE SPACE.

Did anyone doubt for a second that the new airport would be a fiasco? If you have something that works, don't change it to just be like everyone else.

ReplyDeleteJust heard from a well traveled executive- he was talking about how great KCI was as it is easy and fast to fly in and out of.
ReplyDeleteHis buddy told him about the remake.
His reply was something like- “Leave it to KC to fuck up what works and is a gem. They would fill in the Grand Canyon as an eyesore”
