Driver strikes 9-year-old pedestrian, leaves the scene
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Kansas City, Missouri, Police are looking for a hit-and-run driver who struck a 9-year-old and left the child laying in the street. According to KCPD, the accident happened just after 6 p.m. at Smart Avenue and Spruce Avenue.
