Despite military aircraft overhead, Feds cracking down on local streets and a bevy of crime fighting talk from local politicos.
The quotient of KCMO violence remains consistent.
Here's the latest:
Fox4: 1 adult killed, young girl has life-threatening injuries after shooting near 44th and Cypress
KSHB: One man shot to death Wednesday night at an east Kansas City house.
KMBC: Man, girl shot Wednesday evening near 44th, Cypress, police say
Deets:
"Police responded to the shooting just after 7:30 p.m. near 44th and Cypress. One adult male died from the shooting and a juvenile was also hit by gunfire."
This is the 92ND homicide so far this year compared to 88 at this time last year.
Developing . . .
Seems like we're on pace for 100 by the end of August, if that's the case then we are getting close to a record.
ReplyDeleteThere's that momentum we keep hearing talking about. I thought I remember something about including more people in it.
DeleteNO THANKS!
Keep this momentum far away from me, please.
Mayor McDrinkerson! Looks like bribing parasites to rat out criminals isn't working!

ReplyDeleteJust the same old shit from the black community as a whole. Hell those few "leaders" and "reverends" and grifters who used to comment, just to see their name in print, don't even bother anymore.
ReplyDeleteWatched yesterday's police board meeting, hoping to see them talk about what they are doing about putting more police on the streets. The board, chief, his staff nor the mayor said a damn thing. They should be ashamed, only one guy got up and talked about needing more police, because it took too long to help one of their own.
ReplyDeleteJust how evil are black people, they will kill anybody, they will get bored of shooting their own people so you know who’s next......
ReplyDelete8:41 that’s funny right there!
ReplyDeleteThis is getting out of hand, as most shootings are caused by people previously jailed and released. Build more prisons. Lengthen sentences - it will keep these bad guys alive longer than if they were on the streets. So it helps them out. And helps the economy and job market for people in correctional business. Instead of building a big Mexican wall, lets build 2 new prisons in each state and fill them up rapidly. Then the crime rate will go down and the economy in the prison towns shall thrive. otherwise I am carrying my Glock .357 sig until the violence calms down.
ReplyDeleteWhen did Trump schedule this American carnage to end?
ReplyDeleteWickham and James did so well when bow tie the clown was mayor....... pass
ReplyDelete10:14, how about a wall that is also a prison? Tons of room, plus all the extra security around it should ensure the fate of would-be steal aways.
