Rabid bat found in Jackson County
KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Jackson County Health Department is warning residents after testing confirmed a rabid bat was found in the county. The department posted about the finding Wednesday afternoon on social media. "Thankfully, no human exposures have been reported at this time," a statement on the Jackson County Health Department's Facebook page said.
