Part 5: Real estate investor says Jackson County assessments should be recalled
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) - A Jackson County real estate investor says he's discovered the Jackson County property assessment is flawed and completely uneven. Slawik Pech owns lots and homes in different sections of the city. He noticed a giant difference in land values and said that based on what the numbers show, it's time to stop the whole process and start over.

ReplyDeletethese property tax bills are the last straw and something that needs to be rolled back as quickly as possible. It should be illegal to raise someone's taxes by 300%, that's just not American and one of the worst ways we've ever seen the local government operate.
ReplyDeleteJackass County elected an ex-jock who doesn't know crap about anything except baseball, can't keep his own house out of foreclosure, and can be temperamental when confronted about all he doesn't know. Gee, what a shock not all is going well.
