TKC Etiquette Question: Should Kansas City Boycott Pupper Friendly Places IF Customers Don't Want To Dine Out With Dogs?!?!

It just occurred to TKC that there might be a down side of the upcoming so-called "porch season" and so many locals wanting to take their puppy places that were off limits not so long ago . . . Maybe this doggie-friendly practice EXCLUDES locals who don't want their beer, food for salad with a side of fleas?!?!

And so, once again I'm forced to link this vanity publishing effort from a white lady with money to burn on dead-tree media in order to ask a more relevant question. Checkit:

We've gone to the dogs-in a good way. Pets are part of the family, and when we want to amble around town and have a bite to eat, they go, too. Just as pet names have undergone a sea change-Rover and Fido have been replaced by monikers like Oliver and Stella, according to rover-so too...

  1. People who dont like dogs are bad people.

  2. People have a right to go places and not be forced to sit beside a dog. I have a dog and don't take it to any eatery or retail locations. I think I will buy a plain ole farm pig and start taking it with me everywhere I go. I'm sure everyone would enjoy sitting beside that in an eatery. Or maybe I'll get a pet snake and go everywhere with it laying across my shoulders. How about a big white rat to crawl around while I'm eating, I'm sure everyone would like that.

Keep your pets at home where they belong. On a lease in the park or walking down the street is okay but retail and eateries should be off limits to any pet. A true service dog is an exception but like handicap parking that as well is being overly abused by those not qualified to use.

  7. What is sad and funny at the same time is dogs behave better than many of you out in public. How about them apples?

  8. I love dogs, but they belong at home not in public places.

  10. The dog owner crowd is getting to be as bad as the LGBTQ-BLT-BBQ-ROTFLMAO-OMG-LOL crowd demanding privileges. Maybe they are one of the same.

  11. @1:29, they pretty much are. Any anti-common sense measure designed to force your ideals over another person is pretty much the base philosophy of the Dem-prog culture. We can't win by argument so we'll use the power of the government and the mentally vacuous minions to force you to comply or be destroyed by the modern day brownshirts. I'm a conservative dog Owner, and the pet is treated well. It does not go to the store, to a restaurant, or anywhere it "shouldn't". If you don't know where "shouldn't" is, you're devoid of common sense and fully ingrained in the prog-culture.

    The Answer: he doesn't!

  15. Probably more dogs then human beings in this city now.

  16. I mean, if you don't like dogs and a place allows dogs, don't go to said place. Novel fucking approach, I know.

  17. 11:36, the restaurants won't let you bring in your farm pig. But you can take it with you on an airplane if you want. Just call it your emotional support animal.

  18. ^^^^^Why not if you can take a pet dog in you should be allowed to take a pet pig in. A pet is a pet.

  19. All these "let me do as I want" people are from the currently coming of age generation of single parent brats. Next to no discipline, spoiled in retaliation to the other " parent", growing up as special. Self centered screen nursed overweight babies with no respect for anyone other than themselves. Pierce it, draw pictures on it, change its sex, we can do as we please. A truly loss generation is slowly taking this once great country straight down the crack pipe of foolishness.

  20. This should be against health regulations. I don't want to eat with dog slobber and pet hair flying around. One place is Big Muddy Ice Cream. This place allows pets and I would rather not eat dirty ice cream or contract tape worms! GROSS.

  21. According to a study it is a fact that men with beards are ten times dirtier than dogs. I'll eat with the dogs.

  22. And dogs sniff more pussy than you do too!

  23. People should start having kids rather than dog babies.

Women should only be allowed to own a dog if they've already had 2(two) children OR are above the age if 38
