ReplyDeleteThere's a rat infestation because of the empty houses and buildings that they breed in. Central Hyde Park, and Brookside are infested too not just downtown. Trying to keep up on the rats is devastating, it takes tons of poison. One big one with a bow tie will be gone soon that's good news, but he will be replaced with his inbred offspring so the problem continues!
