Port KC wants to turn land into open trail along riverfront

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Port KC has its sights set on turning an existing parcel of land along the riverfront into a trail. The land runs west from the Town of Kansas Bridge into the West Bottoms and all the way to downtown Kansas City, Kansas.

  13. There are some dangerous woods and river people around there. Use caution if alone and women should not walk or jog alone there at all. Biking maybe if a strong cyclist armed with bear spray.

    Riverfront walking paths are So Hot Right Now. All the planners are chasing this fad. But I think industry and jobs are a worthier thing to chase after or go in debt for. Just one Radish's opinion though...
