Man 'higher than anyone' charged in KCMO homicide

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Carl L. Farnsworth Jr. faces three charges in connection with a deadly shooting Tuesday inside a vehicle. The Jackson County Prosecutor's Office announced Wednesday that Farnsworth, 26, was charged with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful possession of a firearm in Dwayne Sutton's death.
