TKC EXCLUSIVE!!! MISSOURI AUDIT WORD OF WARNING TO JACKSON COUNTY: ANY EVIDENCE OF WRONGDOING WILL BE FORWARDED TO AUTHORITIES!!!

The Missouri audit of the Jackson County courthouse continues and the stakes are getting higher according to insiders.

Here's something that slipped past the rest of the media but remains an important bit of guidance that deserves a moment of consideration:

In open session yesterday at the courthouse, discussion of the Missouri audit offered a bold and unexpected declaration: Officials noted that any evidence of wrongdoing would be forward to authorities.

This MIGHT be standard operating procedure for most local government bodies but the special word of warning raised a few eyebrows.

Accordingly . . .

THE MISSOURI AUDIT BOLDLY PUTTING JACKSON COUNTY ON NOTICE ABOUT THEIR DUTY TO NOTIFY LAW ENFORCEMENT SPARKS MORE QUESTIONS DIRECTED TOWARD TEAM FRANK WHITE!!!

In fairness, we must note the Exec Frank White hasn't been charged with anything as of this writing. But it's also important to document the ongoing and often heated debate over rules, procedure and the law that has ramped up during Exec White's tenure.

Let's not forget that a note about a county employee refusing to break the law recently resurfaced.

The topic of Exec Frank White's finances has also been a subject that local media have continually explored.

And the COMBAT ANTI-DRUG TAX TAKEOVER still evokes harsh feelings amongst the branches of Courthouse government.

All of these issues persist amid the audit that now hopes to shine a light on an Administration that continues to confront controversy even after decisive election victories.

  1. Yes, standard procedure for most government entities but the rules rarely apply in Jackson County. Maybe that's changing for the better.

    2. The debate over the combat was one of the worst I've ever seen. That's what this audit is really about. Yes, there were a lot of hard feelings but that's not really the most important part of it. The rampant transfer of funds in small increments is what the audit really needs to focus on. Everything from Caleb's car to salary paid to other staff. This is an issue where the administration either needs to be cleared or held accountable because right now staff is still confused about differing directives from the prosecutors' office and the executive.

  2. ^^^ what do you expect with a guy who’s house nearly gets foreclosed every other year and then you have petersucker who is the worst prosecutor and heartless bitch you ever saw, anybody that lets murderers off with time spent in county lockup insults the memory of the victims and their families.

    1. Prosecutors being too publicly political are partisans, posers and panderers!4/30/19, 11:54 AM

At a minimum, she made for awkward optics on those funds given to a slain teen girl's mama last year. Her part in the public display of this "generosity" is seemingly, unethical. How just is it to hand-pick a particular family to gift money to, while plenty of others had relatives (many of them young, also) killed in the #5 most murder MOMENTUM city of this nation? JPB should have been anonymous in her donation to the church group which arranged the charity to that mother.

  4. This is what you get when you waste your vote on a baseball personality; use your vote wisely, of course its too late for the mayoral race, we are screwed for another 8 years!!!

  5. "Evidence of wrongdoing" has been defined so far down by Jackson County and KCMO government that you'd almost have to have an elected caught literally robbing the public treasury to be accused of much of anything but normal operations.
What an endless ship of fools!

  6. Hmm this definitely distracts attention away from Sly and Troy's thievery. Which is where the audits should be seriously focused.

Have a nice day and keep it frosty

  7. Based on what I've heard from sources fairly high in the County Administration, "Team Frank" isn't the only group that has to worry. Be prepared for a National Spotlight when the majority of the County Legislature is facing prosecution for financial wrongdoings.

The media focus on the Executive, while justified, has only been a smokescreen to direct attention away from an entire nest of Snakes, who are now trembling in their beds.

Does anyone know who, under State Laws, prosecutes a Prosecutor?

  8. Still nothing on the City Council? Seems unbelievable. City Hall should be on similar notice. Would love to see FAT MAN MAYOR escorted out in handcuffs.

  9. FORWARDED TO AUTHORITIES

What authorities, the someones under employment by the crooks in question? Sounds like the perfect plan for seeing that evidence disappears.

The whole stinking mess needs to be not only investigated but charged according including the Mayor and Council of Kansas City. It's all nothing but a den of thieves and crooks.
