Time For Troy's Walking Papers?!?!

Dead-Tree media tease and no real answer in this screed . . . But another reminder that the City Manager is likely on his way out and there's a movement to have former Council dude Scott Wagner take his job. Checkit:

The candidates for mayor and City Council in Kansas City have lots to talk about in the weeks before the June 18 election - crime, housing, economic incentives, transportation.

  4. Supposedly, Lucas pulled major 4th District and Union support by making a deal with Katherine Shields to fire Troy and make her the City Manager. You think things are bad now? Who do you think taught Mike Sanders to be so corrupt. It will be pay to play all over again check out her record and the corruption the last time she was on the council. I cant even imagine what would happen if she became City Manager

  6. People need to be reminded that the real power in KCMO is with the city manager, not the mayor. Troy S. should be replaced asap, no matter who is mayor.
