If you ever want to put the competition out of business arranged for a politicians kid to be killed there.
ReplyDeleteThe legal case went kaput because the prosecutors overreached.
ReplyDeleteIt was an accident. It was not murder.
In honor of that little boy's memory, it should be razed.
I hope that the politician is happy that this park is gone. Accidents happen, if the kids dad wasn’t a politician we never would have heard about it. Hope those millions of dollars he got makes him happy. A lot of people are with out jobs because of his witch hunt. Don’t get in a fender bender with him, he will have you thrown in jail and take you for everything you have. It was a accident and those criminal charges didn’t stick. Think that the prosecutor just brought up the charges just to shut up that loud mouth politician.
ReplyDeletePut it in a helmet, Shitterbomb is dead.
ReplyDeleteIt's toast and WYCO's on the hook for a shitload because of the tax breaks As a side note, Did they ever find the head? I still say they should have a bust of the kid's head made and use it as a memorial.
ReplyDeleteToo bad. I wanted to go on that thing more since the kid died. Made it more dangerous.
ReplyDeleteIf you want a small government with minimal regulation, this stuff happens. The pro-business climate ends up with rides that kill kids and the lean, efficient, small government can't prosecute an easy case.
ReplyDeleteThe legends really benefits from having a water park out there and will continue to in the future. The state of kansas really needs to let this shit go
ReplyDeleteI agree with 919. That you continue to stand on Caleb Schwab's (see it is ok to say his name) is disgusting. Even Piers Morgan eventually let Sandy Hook go.
