SALINA, KS (KWCH) -- The Catholic Diocese of Salina says an investigation has found 14 clergy members with "substantiated allegations of sexual abuse of a minor." Last September, Bishop Gerald Vincki hired the independent outside counsel of Cottonwood Law LLC.
