Some brainiac blamed the flooding on "global warming" when we know the real reason is the lack of levees to return the area to a "natural" state.
ReplyDelete^^^^The area was natural to begin with and for some reason man feels the need to build in low lying areas by major rivers. The river is only using which it has owned for thousands of years.
