TKC TOLD YOU SO!!! KANSAS CITY STAR CONFIRMS TKC: INSIDERS WARN FEDS FOLLOWING JACKSON COUNTY EXEC FRANK WHITE MONEY MOVES!!!
This morning the newspaper leads off with a nothing burger disguised as news:
Frank White using campaign funds to pay legal fees related to ongoing investigations
Over far too many words for people who are busy with things to do, the story myth-busts itself and basically seyz this practice isn't against the rules. Shame on the editor who woke up the Star newsie to write this one . . .
However, buried within the dank newspaper prose is something better . . .
"Federal authorities also have a still-active investigation of county government that multiple sources say touches on some issues in which White has involvement.
"The FBI does not comment on ongoing investigations. But according to multiple sources, agents are also interested in knowing more about White’s private finances, specifically a transaction in 2016 where a county contractor is said to have helped White keep his house by helping him cover past-due mortgage payments to avoid a foreclosure sale."
Both of those stories started FIRST on TKC and our blog community noted talk about the Feds snooping around the Courthouse and Exec White at the outset of LAST YEAR with far less verbiage than the newspaper.
The reality . . .
JACKSON COUNTY EXEC FRANK WHITE STILL CONFRONTS SERIOUS QUESTIONS ABOUT HIS CAMPAIGN CASH & A FEW OF HIS OTHER FINANCIAL ESCAPADES!!!
Moreover, we maintain that a new election in Jackson County is closer than anybody thinks.
Developing . . .
Frank should just do us all a favor and resign.
ReplyDeleteWill he get the same courtesy provided to Mike Sanders who got to resign in the middle of the night with no questions asked and a bunch of praise from his political friends?
DeleteFrank's career was pushed forward by Mike Sanders. That says A LOT.
DeleteFrank probably should be seeking the advice of Mike Sanders.
ReplyDeleteTony, great work. When do you sleep? Technically, you are not a trained journalist, but the best aggregator and "news hound" this town has ever had.
ReplyDeleteRush Limbaugh likes to say HIS show is show prep for the rest of the news media.
Same is true for you.
Frank White--your time at the pitcher's mound is UP. Never was your "Forte"! Step down now.
Yeah great work hahaha, just guess at shit and wait years for it to come true, or not. Real Pulitzer material.

ReplyDeleteI saw a bunch of Frank White signs in Brookside. What's wrong with you people? Do you love liars and thieves taking your money? I have to laugh at you when I'm at my house because you people even look stupid.
Not as stupid as Frank
DeleteThat’s Brookside’s white guilt. KCMO has had the racism routine pounded onto them for so long that they wouldn’t dare question anything a black politician does. Oh well, they’re the ones who will pay for it.
DeleteI’m not from Brookside and I have white guilt. I would never question anything a nigger politician does. I already know it will be dishonest and stealing will be the forefront of it.
DeleteFrank should resign and soon.
ReplyDeleteWhat the heck were people thinking voting for him. The guy is going to bring a lot of people down with him.
Frank is going to prison. I don’t think he is smart enough to realize that yet.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the current job status of Cathy Jolly, wife of KCMO Councilman and mayoral contender Scott Taylor?
ReplyDeleteDoes she still have a no-show consultant contract with the county?
Does Sanders have an open bunk in his cell? I've got a roomie for him!
ReplyDeleteCarwash Cleaver and Foreclosure Frank fine representatives of the species.
ReplyDeleteI hope Frank White and all his cronies are on the state auditors' list of people to investigate. She's my new hero .
ReplyDelete^^^ Shut up Mike!
ReplyDeleteFrank is out of his depth. This is not a curve ball, or a hard grounder. He was a planted Sanders Zombie and we are getting near the end of the show.
ReplyDeleteIsn't his son on the gravy train circuit for political patronage, the transit authority. Self dealing the Jackson County way.
He is a front man, like Sly was a front man. Don't forget to spotlight those behind the curtain.
