TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! ADVOCATES INFURIATED OVER ALLEGATIONS OF ROPE 'SYMBOLIC NOOSE' PLACED AROUND CADET'S NECK AT KCFD ACADEMY!!!

Here's a look at a controversial situation involving Kansas City Fire Department new recruits according to a local advocacy group . . .

"The incident at the academy regarding a rope, symbolic of a noose, being placed around a cadet's neck. The infraction occurred during a rope drill, in front of other cadets and academy staff. . . . The academy staff addressed the issue by reviewing the EEOC and Fire Department policy on racial discrimination behavior. The young man, in which the infraction occurred, was questioned by academy staff without union representation. He was also asked if he wanted to file a grievance, and he replied, “No”.

"A third party filed an EEOC complaint which prompted the Fire Department to launch its investigation, approximately, three weeks later."

Equality For Firefighter | Education | Community Service | Training - E.F.F.E.C.T. has been been the most outspoken about the charges . . .

They have announced March 12th & March 13th meetings along with the International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters & Ad Hoc Group Against Crime to talk more about the incident.

Their latest decision and statement after a board meeting via social media press release . . .

"Call for the immediate termination of employment of the offender. We feel the department failed to take appropriate action when they didn’t report the incident to EEOC. The fact that the infraction occurred by an probationary employee, at the entry level, is unacceptable and conduct unbecoming of an firefighter. If this young man is behaving like this in the academy, what will he do in the field."

  1. Sounds worse than spraying down homeless people in the cold. It has also been a hard winter for the KCFD.

  7. Maybe the noose was to keep him from selling guns to hood rats. Fireman like to do that as a side job.

  13. It was not a noose, it was a lasso. The organization Hereford Calf Firefighters for Equal Treatment have demanded the cowboy who tossed the lasso must be fired, and by the way eat more chicken.

  15. "International Association of Black Professional Fire Fighters"

Read that and thought "really?" There's a separate organization just for black firefighters? Why is that?

    Also, separate organizations like:
    Black Congressional Caucus
    Black Police Officers
    Black Broadcasters
    Black Administrators
anything and everything you could imagine.

If you thought this country had outlawed racial segregation you're wrong. And you might be surprised at how many black people are actually promoting it.

If there is "Institutional Racism" it exists outside the white race as well.

The belief that the other races are the real racists is racism.

The National Association for the Advancement of White People is called the United States of America who once contended that a black man was not a man.

Would you look at who the expert on racism is @10:36? It's that hypocrite who contended that only an ALL black jury's decision is believable in a white plaintiff's lawsuit.
