The real estate trust that holds the mortgage on the Schlitterbahn water park in western Wyandotte County reports that the company is experiencing cash flow troubles and needed additional funds for legal costs.
Yup remember when everyone was hyping up what a killer deal this was for the public's entertainment and enjoyment.
