ReplyDeleteStill not blaming anyone?? Like the Director of Public Works, Brian Gaddie, who fired everyone and anyone with any knowledge of how to run a building like this? Frank couldn't have known what Brian and his buddies were up to. Oh, there is a coverup, but not from Frank.
