Unfortunately the State of Kansas has not had the balls to actually terminate anyone that has been found guilty when the jury convicted the dirt bags since about 1960. If anyone truly deserved it this would be the guy.

A clear cased of black people standing behind each other even if it means letting a cop killer go. (What's that tell you voters????) I hope he gets killed in prison it will cost less and be a whole lot faster.
