Mediocre Missouri Art Unconstitutional?!?!

A serious debate on the merits expression vs. freedom for religion is wasted on what looks like a drawing that should only enjoy a week or two of proud display on the refrigerator of the artist's mom. Read more:

Group says painting of Ground Zero Cross at Missouri courthouse is unconstitutional

A painting at the Camden County Courthouse in Missouri was put up to honor the lives of those who died in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. It shows the Ground Zero Cross emerging from the rubble as a New York firefighter and young girl look on.

  4. Heaven forbid we remember a tragedy in our country and heaven forbid we use a cross. Unconstitutional???? Would it be O.K. to use a hammer and sickle or crescent moon and star??? Or how about a pentagram??? I bet it would!

    God is in our constitution and that means the cross is too!!!!!!!
