Lansing escapee nabbed in Independence
An escapee from the Lansing, Kansas, Correctional Facility is back in custody. Authorities said Cal Henry Green III, 36, was taken into custody at 3:30 p.m. Thursday in Independence. Green left the Lansing Correctional Facility grounds Monday in a green "army" dump truck, which was later found near 92nd Street and Parallel Parkway in Kansas City, Kansas.
