Small Contractors In Kansas City May Soon Feel The Pinch Of The Government Shut Down
There are some 19,000 federal government workers scattered across the Kansas City area. Most are looking at a second missed paycheck as the federal government shut continues. But there are many small businesses with government contracts are also dealing with uncertainty. Although there is one certainty, things can change quickly.
Wrong again kcur, god you people are stupid, they get paid every two weeks and they last got paid on dec 31st. If and only if the shutdown is still going on then they will miss their first paycheck. Fuck you kcur
ReplyDelete^^^^So you think government contractors are getting paid? Are you getting your information from the same place you learned punctuation and capitalization?
ReplyDeleteShut up drama queer, checks were last cut on the 27th so you figure it out tough guy. Most contractors get paid monthly moron
ReplyDeleteAmazing how democrats lets this happen because they don’t want a secure border. It’s completly all about politics.
ReplyDelete9:42 will believe anything you tell them.
ReplyDelete@9:42 if that's so, why didn't Trump secure the border when he had a Republican House and Senate. He had two years to do it. Hmmm?
ReplyDeleteBy now you know politicians are bought and paid for by special interest. They don't want the wall they want cheep labor keep wages down more profits. It's The World Order. Brought to this country by the First BUSH President. And they want the drugs to continue. To Destroy City's and Towns .
ReplyDeleteUnemployment will be up next month with all the government workers applying for benefits.
ReplyDelete@9:58 go back to school douche bag.
ReplyDeleteEver hear of a thing called 'majority?'
I didn't think so asswipe.
^^WTF are you even talking about shit-for-brains? The repubs had a majority in the Senate and house in Trump's first two years. Jesus Christ, could you be any more of fucking imbecile? Trump could have passed Border funding any time he wanted. Here's a clue cock-breath, nobody wants a wall. That's why it didn't get done. The republicans don't even want it. Stick to watching Matlock. You're fucking stupid.
ReplyDelete12:43 You’re fucking stupid, they needed 60 Yay’s in the senate and there are only 51 republicans, god damn you’re an idiot
ReplyDelete12:43 got his ass knocked the fuck out!
ReplyDelete"Shut up drama queer, checks were last cut on the 27th so you figure it out tough guy. Most contractors get paid monthly moron"
ReplyDeleteMost government contractors will not get paid until there are funds to pay them. Most government contractors have contract employees who will not be doing any billable work and will not get paid, period.
I wish you were only a "monthly moron," but you seem to be on here every day and haven't learned to write yet.
the wall got built by these block heads
ReplyDeleteThe 1:14 genius has never heard of reconciliation. Trump and the GOP had 2 years to use it in the Senate to pass a wall project with a simple majority.
ReplyDeleteTrump chose not to do it.
The shutdown is just another failure from Trump because he has no idea what he wants or how government works. He couldn't get Mexico to pay. He couldn't get the GOP to pay. He sure as well won't get the 40 seat blue wave to pay for it.
So out of spite he goes back to his old business model and stiff workers and contractors because he's an asshole.
