The local murder spike continues as gunfire on this cold and snowy night contributes to the local murder count.
This is the 5th murder so far this year compared to 2 at this time last year and only 1 the year before that . . .

Legit question, I don't want to offend anyone. But are those apartments or the projects? I've been around that area and it seems VERY rough. Much worse than just a standard apartment complex, even for the east side.
