TKC BREAKING NEWS!!! KANSAS CITY STREETCAR CRASH SUNDAY NIGHT!!!

On Main and Truman tonight the Kansas City streetcar crashed into an oncoming vehicle and the driver of the car sustained significant injuries while the toy train had a hold ripped in its bumper but was able to head back to the garage under its own power.

This marks more than a half dozen crashes so on the streetcar line so far this year and authorities and politicos persuade auto traffic to stay off the line.

Developing . . .

Streetcar is a nightmare.

Shut it down!

Wrong. ^^^

Cars and buses crash all the time. It happens and you move one, don't pout about it. The streetcar is the best thing to happen to downtown KC in 50 years. It deserves to be extended!

8:01 50 hrs ago we had a thing called the trolley and it ran all over the city and guess what? They got rid of it because it was inconvenient dangerous and costly to run, that’s where toy train is headed, back to the barn to rot! They should never have wasted money on toy train

Oh, no!
Not an accident with THE streetcar!
Was anyone from the New York Times or Vogue magazine on it at the time?
Were they hurt?
Now maybe only 20 million tourists will visit.
Bush league town on steroids.
