ReplyDeleteThat scooters are kewl and if KCMO wants to keep up with other go go cities around the country, it needs to do everything these scooter companies want.
These folks will focus on pretty much ANYTHING other than services that residents need like safer neighborhoods, streets and sidewalks repaired, snow removed, and reasonable utility costs.
And look at the candidates coming along.
