  12. ROSCOE ROX THE Q, TOO!12/19/18, 12:16 PM

Roscoe's (on K32, near I435) entire menu is the best. Burnt ends, ribs, sliced meats by the pound, and the cheesy corn are the carry-outs our family often gets. Dine-in is great, but their popularity and some peak hours fill the seating, so, many regulars call in carry-outs.

This family owned BBQ joint is now open Monday through Friday, and catering available weekends. Worth the trek from anywhere, or on the route to Village West shopping.

  13. How do you screw up over cooking fatty meat that is then smothered in fancy ketchup ?

  14. Wabash BBQ, Excelsior Springs by the Elms. Best in area!!!!!!!!!!!

  15. @2:49 it's not "fancy Ketchup"!

It's a mixture of bargain-bin ketchup and plain cheap Corn Syrup,(in equal parts,) with the only differences in the entire Metro being how much vinegar and hot sauce you dump in to create your own "Secret BBQ Sauce"!

A half-way decent Burger beats the "best" barbecue you'll ever find in this town, every time.
