Teen charged in September shooting at Sun Fresh market

A 17-year-old was charged Tuesday in a shooting that injured two people at a Kansas City Sun Fresh in September. Santavion Metcalf was charged with two counts of assault and two counts of armed criminal action. He was certified to stand trial as an adult. The shooting was reported just after 5 p.m.
