  1. Mad respect to the st Louis post for these stories. A week or ten days ago there was an unbelievable story about basically a debtors prison for the benefit of a privately owned probation company being run out of the Dent County circuit Court.

  2. Simple solution: Eliminate parole altogether and make the fuckers serve their entire sentence a la Federal time.

    Before some idiot mentions overcrowding: Fuck that, overcrowding a condition created by the prisoners themselves, not the system. Who gives a fuck if we cram them 20 to a cell, don't like it don't break the law.
