ReplyDeleteRetail was on the way down before Zona Rosa was even a concept. The scary part is, the people that put CC in this position are probably all gone by now. Not that there is any legal retribution. Now CC will pay for those massive mistakes for decades to come. Another local County is on the hook for millions for years in the future from crooked commissioners and their cronies.
