  2. 1. If there are 1,000 drunk Democrat KC drivers on the road and the police can only stop 50, that leaves 950 drunk Democrat KC drivers on the road.

If Uber takes half of those off the road that leaves 450 drunk drivers and the police can still only stop 50.

Known arrest stats stay the same but actual drunk Democrat KC drivers is lessened.

    2. How does a stupid 2 mile street car take drunk drivers off the road? If they live along the streetcar line and are going to bars along the streetcar line would they really drive to the bar if the streetcar did not exist?

    This entire "study" is BS.

  7. When a DUI conviction costs a drunk driver over $10,000 per occurrence paid to the government and spread across to their cronies in the bail bond, legal and substance abuse rehab industries there's no real incentive to do anything that would actually stop drunk driving and end their gravy train.
