Project Veritas has captured eyeballs among strident right-wing proponents and that's cool but their "reporting" has been proven to be mostly fake and, even worse, THEY DON'T MAKE ME LAUGH!!!
To be fair, I'm linking a much more enthusiastic write-up of this "bombshell" because Cashill is either a true believer and/or he's a much more entertaining Koch Bros. employee than the "Veritas" shills without having to use sleazy hidden cam footage.

We make fun of bully Kobach and his abuelita/granny opponent . . . The reason locals continue to read this blog is because we call B.S. on everything . . . And that's why, while I respect people who think this report a big deal . . . The reality is that it's not going to convince anybody who isn't already convinced and we're pretty sure this one is only a "bombshell" to 70+ white dudes who already want to lock up Senator McCaskill or whatever phrase makes their LGBT grandkids weep during family gatherings . . . James O'Keefe's Project Veritas reporters have caught not only McCaskill staffers but also Claire McCaskill herself sharing thoughts on any number of issues they would rather the voters not hear. As Democratic candidates have moved to the left in states like Missouri that have moved to the right, they have come to understand that honesty is not the best policy, at least if they want to get reelected.

I’ve personally heard Claire say these things and she lies to peoples faces all the time, she is a low down c**t that only serves her own need for more money. It’s all true.
