ReplyDeleteWell, time to raise taxes on ol’ Whitey in order to pay for everything wrong with the bad neighborhoods in the East side. It is the Social justice thing to do.
ReplyDeleteAs long as ANY proposal to "improve" the east side involves money instead of personal behavior and responsibility, it will fail.

No one with any sense would invest their own.
And this idea is even being taken seriously at the same time Reed is looking for another $10 million from the city?
Which follows over $100 million that's disappeared at 18th and Vine?
