City of Kansas City leases 59,000 square feet for housing department
The city of Kansas City, Missouri, has leased 59,642 square feet of the 4400 East Blue Parkway office building - formerly the home of an H&R Block call center - from HRB Deployment & Support, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield represented the city in this transaction.
Didn’t the city build that to keep h&r block? So we own it already right?
