City of Kansas City leases 59,000 square feet for housing department

The city of Kansas City, Missouri, has leased 59,642 square feet of the 4400 East Blue Parkway office building - formerly the home of an H&R Block call center - from HRB Deployment & Support, LLC. Cushman & Wakefield represented the city in this transaction.

  1. Didn’t the city build that to keep h&r block? So we own it already right?

  2. City always finds ways to spend more taxpayer money. Always. Always.

And, of course, you know who will fill up these fancy digs.
