Sad story of real life working people with problems that are just as important as political drama. Here's the aftermath:
Tree trimmer killed in 60-foot fall after boom bucket broke
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - A tree trimmer died Friday after he fell nearly 60 feet from a boom truck. KCKPD Chief Terry Zeigler wrote in a tweet the worker was pruning trees for a tree service company when the boom bucket broke and tilted sideways.
The reviews for Alumbaugh Tree and Paving are absolutely priceless---like a dark comedy.
ReplyDeleteSo many safety rules ignored. What till OHSA gets done with the owner/s
ReplyDeleteDudes in buckets 60 feet in the air, that extra 90 seconds to put the safety harness on would have saved your life.
ReplyDeleteHard working man dies in accident. Much sadder than homeboys killin' each other.
ReplyDeleteCo-workers reported he liked to live out on a limb.
ReplyDeleteVery sad. When I hear a bucket just broke like that I think a company is cutting corners on safety. Buckets don't just break, they've been damaged in the past and not repaired properly. RIP.
