Man arrested after allegedly firing shots at passing drivers
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -- Man is in custody after allegedly firing shots at passing drivers. Police were called at 8 a.m. Thursday to 37th Street and Euclid Avenue after callers reported of the man in the area. Police responded and took the man into custody near 41st Street and Euclid Avenue.
Was he asking for a cigarette ?

Agree with 4:27. Slie does not care about the crime because the downtown are is not affected. Slie and the prosecutor are to inept to deal with the crime problem.
