Just like only a portion of drivers are caught and ticketed by LEOs across this nation for not wearing seat-belts every year, vote cheats are not caught when data is fraudulently hidden from federal to state matching systems. The fakers and takers cite privacy concerns for hoping to seal off full cyber detections of improper votes. How many "dead", "double", and "undocumented" votes were found to pump up the fake news of Hilary's popular vote counts?
Honest voters have nothing to hide and welcome surveillance on our voter identities. Heck, paycheck cashing or depositing, and credit or debit transactions are given immediate cyber scrutiny during and after processing. Our voting should be, also.
