The latest murder report documents a local dude left for dead in the weeds . . .
FOX4: Man dies in shooting near 41st and Garfield in Kansas City
Deets:
KCPD Capt. Lionel Colon said police were called to a report of shots fired in the area of 41st and Garfield around 6:30 p.m. Monday. When officers arrived, they found a man in a nearby wooded area suffering from a gunshot wound.
That man was taken to a local hospital where he later died from his injuries.
Again, this is the 108th homicide so far this year compared to 114 at this time last year and 95 the year before that . . . No suspect info was available at the time of the deadly shooting.
Developing . . .
So we were ranked top 5 in violence to start the day. Now do we rank in the top 3. Looks like we're on a journey to number 1.
ReplyDelete^^^^^^^^^^ Who is we?
DeleteThis is a 3rd district problem. Sad to see the star try to pass this off as midtown. Only if you live in Johnson County. This is an inner city killing without question. Too bad really because their leaders only care when they're paid to.
Who would of thought we would only be 6 down from last year. I didn’t think they had it in them. Come on boys! You can best last years mark!
ReplyDelete12:47--As Tonto said to the Lone Ranger when surrounded by Indians ready to attack them and the Lone Ranger said "Tonto, together we'll fight them off" and Tonto replied "What you mean "we' white man?"
ReplyDeleteMore for the KCPD cold case file.
ReplyDeleteA murder has little chance of being solved.
Actually, it has a far better chance of being solved than prosecuted. Jean Petersucker Baker is the weakest most incompetent prosecutor ever
ReplyDelete11:36 it Is in midtown or the central core, I’m tired of them calling it the eastside when it’s clearly nowhere near the eastside, the real east side is past the stadiums, the red star is so stupid they think every thing past troost is the eastside, glad to see them call out the right neighborhood. The problems will never get dealt with until they start calling out the right neighborhoods and the murderous blacks.
ReplyDeleteKCMO is on the brink of reaching a city minion milestone of becoming world class.
