KCK 3/8¢ pst will pass. Most decent Dottes are willing to pay for reliable emergency response. Those race, soccer, baseball, casino, concert, outlet shopping, hotel, QuikTrip, restaurant, water park, etc., visitors help pay the tax so property taxes aren't raised.
