The Kansas City Tuesday Morning Look

Tuesday morning compare and contrast via lingerie juxtaposition which (sorta) satisfies our relentless curiosity regarding panties and the new challengers who are threatening to "take the crown" of an iconic international brand via changing political reality which emphasizes lower cost and "body acceptance" over glamour and "elite" undergarment status. Call it a panty raid juxtaposition:

INSIDER: I went lingerie shopping at Victoria's Secret and Aerie to see which store is better — and the winner is clear

Song Of Kansas City

The KC VITAs are clearing a path for new voices in the chamber scene

Mary Vanhooser To the uninitiated, the Kansas City Vibrating Internal Thyroarytenoids sounds like an organization advocating an alternative health practice, perhaps, or a tinfoil-hat conspiracy group. 1. "Rental inspection program in KCMO would go after bad landlords"

No. The problem with this program is it goes after ALL landlords. It's just another money grab from our city government who could not care less about renters.

  2. Stop smoking in HUD housing????? But it's O.K. to shoot up and drink your bottle. Oh and don't forget you can use your weapon too. Kinda makes smoking look good doesn't it? Good luck enforcing that.

Sounds like HUD has their priorities screwed up.

  4. I have four rental properties in KC. They look like average, well-maintained homes. I'm not telling anyone they are rental properties. Unless KCMO is scouring Craigslist ads and calling me for the address, they won't know and I'm not registering them as a rental property. My properties are the nicest houses on the blocks they are on. My lawn guy does a great job. They look great from the curb. I insist the people who move in have references and won't trash up the area. I haven't had a vacancy in years. I did immediately evict a tenant who parked his broken down POS car on the lawn. The neighbor called me immediately and he was out in 21 days. Screw KC. But, I may charge new tenants the "KCMO inspection fee" now. Haha.
