  2. I'm confused - why should UMKC bail Berkebile out of a bad investment?
    Westport High School had severe infrastructure problems, has BNIM repaired all those?

    If the role of the University is to take crappy underperforming investments off Developer's hands, shouldn't they start with Cordish and the P&L District? After all that is at least roughly in the neighborhood of the Performing Arts Center and its growing community, certainly closer that a run-down High School in Midtown is.
