Kansas City Copes With April Snow Global Climate Change As Earth Day Approaches

We're halfway finished with April yet Winter weather still dominates Kansas City's forecast.

Even worse, climate insanity is pushing closer to the center of this cowtown . . .

"It would have been crazier and much more serious to talk about if there was a tornado in downtown Kansas City. Well, it was very, very close to happening. Take a look at the video and the part where the thunderstorm is approaching Union Station. There is significant rotation and also a well defined rotating wall cloud. Wow! Thankfully, this thunderstorm weakened or we would have had quite a problem in Kansas City."

Accordingly . . .

LIKE IT OR NOT 2018 HAS BEEN DEFINED BY WEATHER WEIRDNESS THAT SIGNALS MAN-MADE CLIMATE CHANGE GROWING WORSE!!!

    1. Fear not, the 50 degree rise in temperature this week will totally even everything out. It's all perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.

Also, think about buying a boat.

    2. I don't know about a temperature increase that great. It's all the same inside Kansas City office buildings that crank the heat up to 90 in the Winter and then make things a frosty 40 degrees in july. That shouldn't be bad for the environment at all. Or at least that's what all the talk show hosts say on my 2 hour commute to work in my SUV.

  2. Humans are not driving climate change. That is vanity of the highest order.

  3. I went outside to get the paper- because my neighbor got up late.
I didn’t watch where I was going and stepped in a pile of global warming- as Greitens calls it “ doo- doo”...
Anyone else notice the media has gotten away from Global Warming and now it is Climate Change?
In Missouri- they refer to Climate change as getting a new Governor and it’s happening soon.

  4. The "Climate Industrial Complex" wants your money.

Here is the truth. "It's the sun stupid!"

Modern temperatures, sea levels, and extreme weather events are neither unusual nor unprecedented. Many regions of the Earth are cooler now than they have been for most of the last 10,000 years.

Natural factors such as the Sun (106 papers), multi-decadal oceanic-atmospheric oscillations such as the NAO, AMO/PDO, ENSO (37 papers), decadal-scale cloud cover variations, and internal variability in general have exerted a significant influence on weather and climate changes during both the past and present. Detecting a clear anthropogenic forcing signal amidst the noise of unforced natural variability may therefore be difficult.

And current emissions-mitigation policies, especially related to the advocacy for renewables, are often costly, ineffective, and perhaps even harmful to the environment. On the other hand, elevated CO2 and a warmer climate provide unheralded benefits to the biosphere (i.e., a greener planet and enhanced crop yields).

In other words, nobody is denying that climate changes, nobody is denying that the planet has warmed by 0.8 degrees C in the last 150 years, while only a handful deny that carbon dioxide (and other greenhouse gases) has the power to influence temperatures.

What they are saying in their different ways is that “global warming” – as in the big scare story that the planet is heating up at a catastrophic unprecedented rate because of man-made CO2 emissions – is bunk; or that the methods being used to combat the problem are bunk.

Half-assed liar! YOU didn't read it, but your one barely literate BathHouse buttboi read it to you. Yeah, it was way too long and hard--STOP GIGGLING AT "long and hard"--for him, too. He had to pause reading to use an e-dictionary over a dozen times.

  5. When I was young way back before steel belted S/M tires were invented we never took our snow tires off until after April 15th, nothing really has changed much. Even back in the olden days the royals cancelled games and a few home openers because of snow. The young are being brainwashed by a bunch of elitist (Al Gore and Barry the sky is falling bama to name a couple) into spending their hard earned cash to make them rich

You’re nothing more than a geriatric fucktard who spends your days posting on a third relate blog. I wouldn’t trust you to even know the day and date of month! Go watch Matlock dummy, it’s all you know.

Climate change has been going on for billions of years. “Climate Change” is a well paying tax on fear. In other news: the San Andreas Fault continues to disappoint me on a daily basis.
